1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on EduConnect (www.educonnectind.in) as an Admission Partner (Agent) or a College/Institute, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Rules for Admission Partners (Agents)

As an Admission Partner, you act as a referral bridge between students and colleges. You must adhere to the following rules:

  • Genuine Leads: You must only submit admission details of students who have willingly enrolled and paid the required fees to the college.
  • Proof Verification: A valid UTR / Transaction ID and payment screenshot are mandatory for every submission. Uploading fake receipts will result in permanent account suspension.
  • ID Card Usage: The digital ID Card provided by EduConnect is solely for marketing and trust-building purposes. It does not make you a direct employee of EduConnect or the respective colleges.

3. Rules for Colleges & Institutes

Colleges listing their courses on EduConnect must maintain transparency and trust:

  • Prepaid Wallet Model: EduConnect operates on a prepaid model. Colleges must maintain sufficient wallet balance to approve admissions.
  • Fair Verification: Colleges must verify the UTR numbers and screenshots. Approvals/Rejections must be done honestly. Rejecting a valid admission to bypass commission payout will lead to a ban from the platform.
  • Commission Binding: Once you add a course and set a "Commission Amount", you are legally bound to pay that amount upon a successful and verified admission.

4. Commissions & Payout Policy

EduConnect's financial model is transparent and predefined:

  • Earnings Allocation: The payout for each confirmed admission is allocated between the field agent and EduConnect according to platform guidelines.
  • Withdrawals: Agents can request a payout from their dashboard once they reach the minimum withdrawal limit (₹100).
  • Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are processed to the Agent's registered Bank Account / UPI ID within 24 to 48 working hours.
  • Non-Refundable: Once a college approves an admission and the commission is deducted from their wallet, it is strictly non-refundable.

5. Fraud Prevention & Account Termination

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. EduConnect reserves the right to suspend, block, or permanently delete the account of any Agent or College found engaging in:

  • Uploading forged payment receipts or duplicate UTR numbers.
  • Misleading students or charging hidden fees outside the platform.
  • Colluding between agents and colleges to bypass platform tracking.

In the event of termination due to fraud, any pending wallet balance or earnings will be seized by the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

EduConnect is a technology platform that connects agents with colleges. We are not responsible for:

  • The academic quality, infrastructure, or placement guarantees of the partner colleges.
  • Any disputes between the student and the college post-admission.
  • Losses incurred due to technical downtime or payment gateway delays.
